Can I Enroll?

We know it can be hard to get to an on-site enrollment event. We can help with off-site enrollment!

Every member of the union who works more than 25 hours per week can enroll in our voluntary benefit programs. We offer a variety of on-site events at the largest properties to make signing up easy. You can also enroll at the Culinary Union office during regular business hours. Unfortunately, online enrollment is not available at this time.

On-Site Enrollment Events

Come visit us at the next on-site enrollment event at your property! Please see our calendar of upcoming events. Ask your manager or union representative which exact days we will be on property.

Missed the on-site event? No worries!

You have a 3 month window after the event to complete your enrollment. If you work at the Venetian, for example, your enrollment event is in January. You can still enroll through March. Just schedule an appointment with us!

Off-Site Enrollment

We’re happy to process your enrollment at the Culinary Union office from 8 AM-4 PM, Monday through Friday. An appointment is strongly recommended to minimize wait times and ensure that we have enough time for all your questions. Fill out this form to request an appointment.
